State Champs!

Congratulations to the Gainesville Parks and Recreation 10-11 year old Little League All Stars who won the State Championship Saturday, July 19 at Murphey Candler Little League in Atlanta. Gainesville defeated Northern Columbus 6-4 to win the State Championship. Parks and Recreation Athletic Manager, Beth Morris, says this is the first team in her 23 year history in Gainesville to receive a STATE title.
