The Brenau volleyball team has added another piece to the puzzle with the recruitment of Alexis Arthur, an outside/middle hitter from Aiken, South Carolina. Arthur played at Aquinas High School and was the team MVP in 2006 and was the team captain along with 1st team all region honors her senior season. She also received the Coach's Award as her team captured the All City Tournament championship and Regional Winners. "I feel like Brenau is a great place for me to further my academic and athletic career. I will be pushed to become both a better player and better person." said Arthur upon her signing. Coach Meredith Matthews is excited about what Alexis brings to the team as a wonderful hitter and a great knowledge and skill in all aspects of the game.
