The Golden Tigers Athletic department will hold a Golf Tournament on Monday October 1st at the Hamptons Golf Course to raise funds for our athletic programs. The event will include awards, prizes, a hole in one and putting contests.

2007 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

TOURNAMENT FORMAT AND RULES
Men play from white tees. Women play from red tees. Teams play a
four-person scramble: Each player hits a drive and the team selects
the best one. All team members move their balls to that spot and
continue in like manner until play is complete. Place the next shot
from that spot.
All players must hit their shot from within one club length of the
selected shot, being no closer to the hole and in the same cut of grass.
At least TWO drives must be used from each player.
On the green, all players must putt from within one putter head length
of the selected ball. The first ball in the hole is the team score. If a
player taps in before everyone has putted, that hole is complete.
Each team may purchase up to TWO mulligans per player. Each
mulligan is $10.00. Mulligans may not be used to qualify for KP, Long
Drive or Hole in One contests. Only a player’s first shot will qualify for
these prizes.
DRESS CODE
Please respect Hampton Golf Village’s dress code! Collared shirts and
finished pants or shorts are required for course play. If you have any
