The Brenau Golden Tigers softball team (18-1, 4-0) continue to roll as they picked up their 10th straight win on March 13 against Agnes Scott with 15-0 and 12-0 victories, with both games shortened to five innings due to the 10 run rule. In game one, sophomore Caitlin Kelly pitched the first perfect game in program history, striking out 10 hitters in the process. She also went 3-3 from the plate, including a double, driving in 3 runs. Additional offensive support came from Kara Hogan (2-3, 2 RBI) and Hillyer Flynt (3-4, 4 RBI). Shanna Brumbelow pitched the second game, striking out 11. She also aided her own cause by going 2-3 with an RBI at the plate. Flynt was 2-2 with 2 RBI; Colleen Sparrow was 3-4 with 3 RBI; Kelly went 3-3 with 2 RBI; and Amanda Bills was 2-3, including a double, with an RBI. Brenau is now in first place in the SSAC with a 4-0 mark.
