GT has been eliminated from the College World Series by Cal State Fullerton. Cal State was down a run with two outs in the 9th inning when they got things going. Blake Davis singled, Brett Pill doubled and after an intentional walk to Danny Dorn, pinch hitter Cory Vanderhook came to bat. He hit the first offering from Matt Weiter up the middle. It was a slow roller that Shortstop Michael Fisher wasn't able to handle as it took a bad bounce and rolled away from him. Two runs scored on the play. Brandon Tripp singled in the 7th run.
