The first half was very well played by both teams, with neither gaining an advantage. Brenau had a golden opportunity to score first, but missed a penalty kick. Berry gained control in the second half and dominated play, constantly putting pressure on the Tigers defense. Senior Goalkeeper Jenny England turned away shot after shot, until the lone goal of the game sealed the decision. The loss evens Brenau's conference record at 1-1 and 4-3 on the season.
