Children between the ages of 6 and 12 can see bears, kangaroos, trout, reptiles and sharks all in the same week if they sign up for the Spring Break Critter Camp sponsored by Gainesville Parks and Recreation. Campers meet at the Martha Hope Cabin then travel to Anna Ruby Falls, Black Forest Bear Park, Unicoi State Park, the Kangaroo Conservation Center, the Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, and Georgia's only miniature farm, Tanglewood Farm. The cost for the entire week and all the activities is $150.00. City residents receive a $10 discount. Campers must bring a lunch, snack and water bottle everyday.
