Registration is underway for Gainesville Parks and Recreation's Little League Baseball and Softball programs. The deadline for registration is February 22, 2008.

The following leagues are scheduled for April19 through June 7:
Rookie League Baseball (Coach Pitch) - Ages 6-8; Fee: $60
Minor League Baseball (Machine Pitch) - Ages 8-10; Fee: $70
Major League Baseball (Player Pitch) - Ages 9-12; Fee: $70
Junior League Baseball - Ages 13-14; Fee: $90
City Residents receive a $10 discount.
Ages for baseball leagues are as of April 30, 2008

8 and Under Softball (Coach Pitch) - ages 6-8; Fee: $60
10 & Under Softball (Player Pitch) - ages 9-10; Fee: $60
12 & Under Softball (Player/Fast-Pitch) - ages 11-12; Fee: $60
14 & Under Softball (Fast-Pitch) - ages 13-14; Fee: $70
18 & Under Softball (Fast-Pitch) - ages 15-18; Fee: $70
City Residents receive a $10 discount.
Ages for softball leagues are prior to January 1, 2008
