The three new subdivisions are all in North Hall. The locations are: Skitts Mountain Road at Campground Road (39 acres), Ben Parks Road near Jake Kemp Road (95 acres) and Dahlonega Highway at Timbercreek Trail (30 acres).
The equestrian center would be at Price Road and Marks Drive.
The wastewater treatment plantwould be near Georgia Highways 365 and 52 and is on the agenda at the request of Lula. They are seeking to replace the one that was built in 1974. City manager Dennis Bergin hopes to begin seeking bids for the Phase one of the work (@$6 million) in August. Due to advances in technology, the new facility will be more enviornmentally friendly than the exisitng plant.
