Gainesville Public Utilities customers will soon be able to use the internet to keep track of their utility bills. A link will be visible on the City of Gainesville's website that will direct users to UBPayments.com. Customers will be able to view their account history, payments, billings, and current account balance. Customers will also be able to make a payment using their Visa or MasterCard with no convenience fee. The website will also allow customers to set a preference to receive their bills electronically.
