On July 6, 2008 around 2:52 hours, Officer’s of the Gainesville Police Department responded to the 300 Block of Lee St. for a report of a suspicious person walking around a residence.
Upon arrival one male was located lying in the driveway with several severe stab wounds to his lower abdomen. Officer’s followed a blood trail that led to a residence next door. As they approached the open front door of that residence, another male was observed lying in a massive amount of blood with multiple severe stab wounds to his chest and abdomen area. Both unidentified males were transported via ambulance to Northeast Ga. Medical Center. Members of the Criminal Investigations Division were summoned to the scene and an investigation is underway. Both males at press time have been taken into surgery and are listed in critical condition, with life threatening injuries.
