If you've been thinking about attending the rain barrel workshop all year it's time to just do it. A rain barrel is an excellent way to combat another long dry summer. The next rain barrel workshop will be held Thursday, September 4 at Flat Creek Water Reclamation Facility located at 2641 Old Flowery Branch Road. The class runs from 6:30pm-8:00pm and costs $25. All attendees will receive a white, 35 gallon rain barrel. The registration deadline is Friday, August 29.
