The NAIA National Office has released the names of the colleges that have been designated as Champions of Character Institutions and Brenau University is one of 199 schools that have been listed. The Champions of Character program is a key part of the NAIA emphasis and each school is expected to promote the five core values of the program, which are Integrity, Sportsmanship, Servant Leadership, Respect and Responsibility. It is the goal of the program that all coaches and athletes will embody these values during competition and in the community they serve.
