Gainesville Theatre Alliance seeks actors for 3 upcoming productionsThe Gainesville Theatre Alliance (GTA) will hold auditions for their upcoming musical production of Children of Eden, and their WonderQuest (children´s division) production of The Emperor´s New Clothes on August 24-28 on the Brenau University campus in Gainesville, GA. There will also be auditions for the Discovery Series project, Tissue, on August 28. GTA was ranked the top theatre in the state this year by the Georgia Council for the Arts.

Gainesville Theatre Alliance holds over METAMORPHOSESMETAMORPHOSES, described as "magical," "stunning," and "remarkable" at its 2001 New York debut, returns to Gainesville Theatre Alliance´s stage June 21-July 15, as part of Lake Lanier´s 50 Days for 50 Years celebration. Combining movement, poetry and 6,000 gallons of water, METAMORPHOSES bridges the gap between ancient myth and modern dreams.
