, a non-profit 501©3 Charitable Corporation dedicated to organizing care packages for American Soldiers while they serve tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, announces that the Inaugural Turkey Day Corps Classic presented by Eco-Protective Products, a 4-person scramble, charity golf tournament, will be held at the Hampton Golf Village in Cumming, GA on Sunday, November 23 at 12 Noon.

  • Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 scoring teams with additional prizes to be to given to the winners of a long drive and closest to the pin contest.

The tournament will honor and pay tribute to the 4th Anniversary of the deaths Lance Corporal Bradley Thomas Arms of Charlottesville, VA and 1st Lieutenant Noah Harris of Ellijay, GA. Both men were students at the University of Georgia and members of the Sigma Phi Epsilon social fraternity. Arms was killed by sniper fire in Fallujah, Iraq November 19, 2004, and Harris died from injuries sustained in Bakubah, Iraq June 17, 2005.

All care packages organized from the proceeds of the Inaugural Turkey Day Corps Classic will be sent to Soldiers currently serving in the Middle East the week prior to Christmas, so that they may enjoy a “taste of home” when needed most. We encourage you to help us in our endeavor to bring Hope, Peace, and Tranquility to these brave men and women this Holiday Season.

The Ameritroop Support Organization was started by Alumni of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at the University of Georgia to honor the sacrifice of their fallen brothers as well as to contribute to the cause for which they gave their lives.
