Our regular "World of Reds" class focuses on wines in the $12-$30 range. This time, however, we're revving things up to bring you some of the best red wines in the $100 and up price range. At our "World of Reds (Ultra High-End Edition)," you'll sample nine (9) classy reds, while feasting on artisanal cheeses, pate, Mussels Provencale, beef tenderloin, rosemary-roasted potatoes, French tarte aux pommes and more.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Learn how to taste wine and how to describe what you like. Improve your confidence in business and social situations with wine. Each class will include tasting of approximately eight (8) quality wines. Discussions and tastings will cover a broad range of wine-related topics with emphasis on the top four wine production areas: France, Spain, Italy and California. Our textbook is 'Windows on the World Wine Complete Wine Course,' signed by the author, Kevin Zraly.

Note:

Introduction to Wine, Part 1 can be taken by itself (6 classes, held once a week) --or-- in combination with Introduction to Wine, Part 2 (also 6 classes, held once a week). Both courses are offered throughout the year.
