Chattahoochee Bank of Georgia will celebrate the Grand Opening of Gainesville’s newest bank with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, October 6 at 8:30 a.m. Bank Board of Directors, staff along with state and local officials will participate in the ceremony.
The public is invited to the event that takes place at the newly constructed main branch at 643 E.E. Butler in Downtown Gainesville. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be followed by a public open house with food and prize giveaways. Weeklong drawings of savings bonds will take place as well as a grand prize drawing on Friday, October 10 for a Tailgate Extravaganza package complete with gourmet catered picnic food for four, cooler, stadium seats, blanket and more.
The privately held bank began stock offerings to prospective investors in May 2008 and has secured $21 million in capital investments. Chattahoochee Bank targets small to medium businesses, their owners, and professionals in Gainesville-Hall County as well as in northern Gwinnett County. While the bank plans to focus on business banking, it offers a full range of retail banking services for consumers.
