Chattahoochee Bank of Georgia announces three new employees: Abby Branan, Emily Reed and Laurie Tullis.
Abby C. Branan is an Assistant Vice President and will serve as Branch Manager and Business Development Officer. Branan has five years of various banking experience. Prior to joining Chattahoochee Bank of Georgia, she held positions with Gainesville Bank & Trust as a private banking officer, assistant branch manager, and consumer lender. She graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a BBA in Finance. She has also completed the Omega Consumer Lending course and volunteers with the Special Olympics of Georgia. Branan and her husband, Lance, reside in Dahlonega.
Emily Lewis Reed is Assistant Vice President, Remote Deposit Capture and Treasury Management Officer. Reed brings Chattahoochee Bank of Georgia over five years of diversified banking experience and was previously with Gainesville Bank & Trust as banking officer and internet banking manager. She is a graduate of Brenau University with a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and earned her BBA in Management from North Georgia College and State University. Reed is involved with Hopewell Baptist Church and Junior Achievement, and she and her husband, Brady, reside in Gainesville.
Laurie Tullis is Assistant Vice President and Loan Operations Officer and was most recently employed with United Community Bank as assistant manager of the Loan Operations Department for the Gwinnett Banking Division. With 25 plus years in the banking industry, Tullis continues to enjoy the satisfaction that serving in a local community bank brings and enjoys being part of a new bank that has so much to offer its community. A graduate of Johnson High School, she resides in northern Gwinnett County. Tullis has three children and one grandchild.

The privately held bank began its stock offering to prospective investors in late May 2008, and to date, has secured nearly 200 investors and over $21 million in capital investment. Prospective investors interested in purchasing stock in the new bank can still do so prior to October 30, 2008.
