Results Realty Services was recently ranked 23^rd in properties sold and 34^th in properties listed from the First Multiple Listing Services’ system-wide activity report. The rankings, which are from January 1 through July 31 of this year, turned out to be an early birthday present for Terry Swanson, Owner-Managing Partner of Results Realty Services. Swanson had set a goal for the company when he opened the first office in Cumming in 1998 - to be a top 40 real estate company by his 40^th birthday.

“This was an absolutely fantastic birthday present – not only was I able to meet a goal I had set for myself, but I was able to exceed that goal,” Swanson said. “I am so glad that I get to share this special present with all the fabulous people who work at Results Realty Services.”
