Bowen Family Homes congratulates Kelly Fink and Tamra Wade on earning the Certified Aging in Place Specialist designation (CAPS) to better understand the needs of older homeowners.
Kelly Fink is Bowen Family Homes’ Regional Marketing and Internet Director. She started working for the company as Marketing Director in 2003 before promotion to her current position in 2005. Fink also serves as Broker for Bowen Family Realty. Active in real estate since 1997, Fink earned the prestigious MIRM designation from the Institute of Residential Marketing in 2006.
Tamra Wade is Sales Manager for Bowen Family Homes’ Atlanta Division. She began working for Bowen in 2001 and was awarded Communities Top 100 for the years 2002 through 2006. She’s been a Million Dollar Club recipient since 2000. Wade holds a Brokers License and CSP, and she is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.

This specialized credentialing program was developed by NAHB and AARP to help train builders and remodelers to understand and respond to the unique needs and concerns of older homeowners. Part of the course teaches the latest in demographic trends, differences in normal aging and chronic disabilities, and common remodeling scenarios for the aging population. The other portion demonstrates successful ways to market to this demographic.
