McCracken notes how the speed of online innovation turns “best practices” on the web into a blur.  As marketers search for effective online strategies in the first wave of web opportunities, we are all overwhelmed with Web 2.0 developments (e.g. social networks, user generated content, rich media, etc.) and even emerging Web 3.0 claims. In this keynote, Mac focuses on a clear vision of travel on the web in 2008 and where marketers can best focus their efforts throughout this year.
